40 - 45 minuets of either upper body, core, or lower body focused strength intervals

5 minute vital cool down + stretch


Full Body Rebounder

5 minute mindful warm-up

45 - 50 minutes of full body high intensity strength / Rebounder Intervals

5 minute vital cool down + stretch


Full Body Mat

5 minute mindful warm-up

35 - 40 minutes of full body strength

5 minute vital cool down + stretch
