PWRHOUSE is a low impact, high intensity, full body experience designed to push you both physically and mentally. Consistency is everything, and we want to make it as easy as possible to hold yourself accountable. We will keep you connected through multiple workouts added weekly, live classes, and private sessions. Our online sessions range from 10 - 60 minutes, offering a kick-ass workout for any schedule, anywhere. Designed to work your entire body, we promise you’ll smile, sweat, and rebound your way through a heart pounding, beat bumping workout. Leaving you feeling like a PWRHOUSE.

The Creator

Originally from Vancouver, Canada, Courtney Zelter started her dance career early, training in New York, London, and Cuba. In 2017, she graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance Performance from Southern California’s Chapman University, where she completed a thesis exploring ballet as a cross training method for professional level athletes. Upon graduation, Courtney moved to Los Angeles where she pursued a career in dance and fitness. She continued to appear in music videos and commercials, while expanding to dance based instructional workout videos. After a year of working in LA, Courtney was given the opportunity to relocate to Tokyo, Japan, where she was fully trained in new aerial skills for a solo show at Tokyo Disney Resort. This physically pushed her body to limits it had never seen before, while simultaneously giving her the opportunity to work with some of the country's top trainers and physical therapists daily. While trying to successfully perform 15 shows a week, Courtney grew an even greater understanding and appreciation for cross training with the intention of injury prevention and career longevity. Upon completion of her contract, she joined Norwegian Creative Studios where she spent eight months performing and sailing throughout the Caribbean. Here she worked further on honing her experiences and knowledge to curate a method that could bring you endurance, strength, and confidence. In 2020, she moved back to North America where she splits her time between Vancouver and LA.
