  • If you are already a PWRHOUSE Virtual Studios member, the challenge is FREE to you. Log into your account and the challenge will automatically be available in your library as the workouts are released.

    If you are new to PWRHOUSE fitness, simply sign up for our 7 day free trial!

  • Challenge workouts are released day off, at 1 am EST, starting January 2nd!

  • We suggest starting the challenge on the release date to stay connected to the PWRHOUSE community to inspire and get inspired!!

    But of course you can start and finish the challenge whenever works best for you.
